Shipping Information
We currently only ship to United Kingdom. Free delivery on orders over £35.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. All orders will be dispatched by DPD.
- Items ordered on pre-order would be shipped out on the date that is advised on the product page. Please allow time for this to be processed.
- Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
*Shipping times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded.
However, if you change your mind on a shop purchase, please return it to us undamaged, unlit and in a resalable condition within 14 days. we'll refund you the cost of purchase.
If your candles is damaged upon arrival, we are more than happy to offer exchanges or refunds. We do our best to package your orders in the best way - if they're damaged please contact us on info@esscentialsco.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:
OUR POLICY
1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date in which you physically receive the product. Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt, containing all packaging and have no stains or marks.
3. No returns or exchange for items purchased on sale items, as well as gift cards.
4. The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping. Esscentials Co. will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.
In the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additional costs.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from when you physically receive the product.
Contact us at info@esscentialsco.com with the items you wish to return. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It could take between 2-5 days for the parcel to reach us. Once received, processing a return usually takes place within 3-5 business days. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item/s and process refund back to the original payment card.
